What We Did
Phase 1: Viability
This phase was crucial as we were building relationships and laying the groundwork to scale. We began by carefully selecting influencers ranging from nano to macro. From scratch, we created operational systems, discount codes, landing pages and a myriad of other necessary activities.
Phase 2: Scale Nationally
We signed up some of the biggest influencers within the entrepreneur creator space to take advantage of the inherent network effect of Influencer Marketing. This strategy helped Osome achieve dominance within the UK, marked by a surge in creator enquiries, user acquisition, and the establishment of a full-funnel influencer marketing channel.
Phase 3: Global Expansion
Leveraging our learnings from the UK market, we hired and trained a full time team along with creating operation processes to create localised content with influencers from US, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. This strategic expansion resulted in the management of over 100 campaigns simultaneously, demonstrating our capability to scale globally and adapt to varied consumer landscapes.
